Privacy

• Compliance and training: the pricing page says "FERPA-, COPPA-, SOPPA- and GDPR-compliant. Student and teacher data is never used to train AI models, and students join without creating accounts."
• AI providers: the privacy policy (effective September 30, 2026) says its AI providers "do not use teacher or student data provided by Curipod users to train their artificial intelligence models."
• Minimum age: none stated. Students have no accounts.
• DPA: custom DPAs on School and District. The policy says to email compliance@curipod.com for a signed agreement.
• Worth knowing: the policy says non-student email addresses may be used to build lookalike ad audiences on platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok. Email compliance@curipod.com to opt out.
• SDPC: registry not checked (member login required); vendor statement only.
