Privacy

• Who it is for: teacher-only. No student accounts, and not for users under 18. The privacy policy says the service is not directed to anyone under 18 and that accidentally entered personal information is deleted "upon discovery."
• Training: Eduaide says it does not train its own models and its AI providers may not train on user inputs. The privacy policy says it has opted out of OpenAI and Anthropic training.
• Compliance: Eduaide's facts page says it is "FERPA- and COPPA-compliant." The privacy policy names no FERPA or COPPA terms.
• DPA: not mentioned in the privacy policy.
• SDPC: registry not checked (member login required); Eduaide does not mention a DPA.
